I had been stranded on the side of the road for hours before Thomas showed up. He diagnosed the issue immediately, had the part sourced at a fair price, and got me back on the road the same day. His communication throughout was excellent — I always knew what was happening. Honestly felt like he genuinely cared.

Thomas saved me hundreds compared to the dealership quote. He was upfront about what I needed and what I didn't. Replaced my starter right in my driveway in under an hour. No games, no upsells. I'll never take my car to a shop again.

I'm a single mom and I just couldn't afford a big repair bill. Jacob was so compassionate and worked with me on pricing. They fixed my brakes on a Saturday morning so I could get my kids to their events. These guys are the real deal.

Quick, honest, and professional. Thomas diagnosed a misfire that two other shops missed. He explained exactly what was wrong in plain English and fixed it on the spot. My car runs better than it has in years.

I work long hours and can never get to a shop during business hours. Thomas came to my office parking lot during my lunch break and did a complete tune-up. I didn't miss a minute of work. This service is a game changer.
